Kyle Patrick Darling was born and raised in Northfield, Vermont.  He got the acting bug at a young age and began to audition for local parts in shows.  He has been in 3 local plays, 5 local films, a commercial and went on to land film roles in Boston and NYC.  He moved to Hollywood, CA 2 years ago and was quickly cast in a film, 4 plays, landed a role on a national reality show for MTV, and did some modeling.  Kyle is back in Vermont for the summer before making his return to Hollywood in the fall. He is very honored to have such a great part in the SLAMVermont festival!
Andra Kisler has been seen on stage for the last 15 years at Valley Players in Waitsfield, Vt. Some of her favorite roles have been M'Lynn in Steel Magnolia's, Suzette in Don't Dress for Dinner, as Twink in Dearly Beloved for the Annual TenFest and most recently the White Queen/Cook in Alice in Wonderland.  Andra is thrilled to be treading new boards at Chandler for SLAMVermont.
Dawn Kearon has been acting for over 10 years in local films and television spots and is currently acting in an NYU production called Night was Long. Her theater credits include portraying Nurse Baker & Jolene in The Day Room, Constance Neville in She Stoops to Conquer, and Caron in Hollywood. Recently, Dawn and her acting associates have started the Vermont Actors Fight Club (based on group founded in Canada) where actors gather together to workshop auditions, cold readings and scene studies and get feedback from their peers.

Sanie Bly, a flatlander from Randolph, Vermont loves being ‘on’, even if most of the comic performing she does is merely horsing around with family and friends. Sanie sings regularly at the local pub, volunteers for self-help skits at the workplace, and is looking to make her way in the "Biz". Besides bar-side crooning, her humble career consists of chorus parts in various musicals, and performing for several years at Chandler's annual Mud Season Talent Show.

Carl Emmons

Ben Tolosa, a VT Actor and Filmmaker, has been involved in theater since his teen years. Ben received formal acting training in Argentina at The Urtubei's Big House of Theatre and with prestigious Acting teacher Julio Ordano. He has also appeared as a guest on '12 Hearts' TV show on National TV. You can see Ben most recently as one of the contestants for the Trans-Siberian Orchestra's 'Believe' contest.
Dvora Zipkin first fell in love with theatre in the fourth grade, when she played the role of Dorothy, the girl who didn’t believe in Christmas – an ironic role for a short little Jewish girl, above whom the “elves” towered.  Until recently most of Dvora’s theatre interests were satisfied as an audience member and volunteer for local theatre.  Last year, Dvora acted in “Flakes” as part of TenFest in Waitsfield, and the theatre bug bit hard.  This year, in addition to appearing in SLAMVermont, she is acting in two TenFest short plays, and has her own 10-minute play, “Showdown at the Grateful Bread Bakery,” included in the TenFest lineup.  When not at the theatre, Dvora can be found working at Goddard College, in her garden, hanging out with her beloved 19-year old cat Shadow, at the movies, or playing poker, pool, or mah jongg with friends.  Dvora would like to thank the Vermont Playwrights Circle for all their support, encouragement and talent without whom none of this would likely have happened.

F. Brett Cox is an Associate Professor of English at Norwich University.  He has worked with the Vermont Playwrights Circle as both playwright and performer and has also published short fiction, essays, and reviews.  He lives in Roxbury with his wife, playwright and director Jeanne Beckwith.

Keith Amiotte lives in East Corinth Vt. A Drama minor at University of Calgary, it has been his goal to get into acting, theater and maybe films. While Keith is of the Ojibway Nation, Salteaux people, he appreciates this opportunity to share Abenaki history and awareness with mainstream society.
