From Onstage to Behind the Lens
"It is a revolutionary act for a woman to demand time and space around themselves."
- Patsy Rodenburg, A Woman's Voice
My life has always revolved around the arts. Growing up in New York City, I was immersed in theatre, music, and creativity — eventually graduating from the High School of Music and Art. I studied theatre at Clark University, trained in London and earned a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy. Later in my career, I had the privilege of studying voice and Shakespeare with renowned master teacher Patsy Rodenburg, earning accreditation in her technique. These experiences taught me to connect breath, body, and story — and to speak from a place of power and truth.
Whether on stage or screen, I aim to tell stories that are honest, layered, and deeply human. At the heart of everything I create is a desire to reflect the truth of women’s experiences — in all their nuance, messiness, and strength.
Now in my third act of life, I am inspired to fully pursue film and theatre. From performing Phaedra in Greece to touring my solo show My Mother Had Two Faces internationally, to creating award-winning short films, I remain energized, curious, and passionately engaged in the work that I love.

You’ll find me either on my yoga mat, hiking in the Alps or deep in Buddhist practice - activating breath, body, voice.
